Director
Michelle
With 20+ years in the hair game, Michelle founded The Arch Studio in 2019 and brought her vision to life. She’s currently embracing a new chapter in New Zealand, temporarily stepping away from behind the chair but remaining very much part of The Arch family and its future.
Senior Stylist
Linden
Linden is our Senior Stylist, creative genius and resident salon prankster, bringing serious talent and plenty of laughs to the team. Never far from a double espresso, she’s passionate about her craft and always looking out for everyone around her.

Hayley
the newest Senior Stylist to join The Arch crew, bringing serious talent, creative energy and a love for bold colours and statement cuts. Fun, genuine and full of personality, she’s all about creating hair that stands out and making every appointment a good one —

Emma
Emma is our talented Senior Stylist, passionate about her craft and always looking to learn, develop and perfect her skills. She plays a key role in supporting and training our progressing stylists, sharing her knowledge and experience with patience and care.

Sophie has grown with The Arch from apprentice to talented stylist. Our bubbly, hardworking go-to girl who keeps everything running with a smile.

Taylor is our newest Stylist, bringing quirky energy, big chats and plenty of laughs to The Arch crew — expect great hair with a little chaos on the side.

Almost Fully Qualified, Julia has been training hard and is an incredibly talented Jnr stylist. She is always giving queen energy and makes you feel like the queen you are too!

Our Newest addition to the arch, Katie has already showed us how passionate she is and is already smashing her training! you will she her helping out all the stylist and giving fantastic head message at the backwash!
